When you start NetAthlon 2.0 on your computer for the very first time, a 15-day trial period will be established. This takes a few moments to complete (the NetAthlon 2.0 main screen will be partially drawn and there will be a messages on screen while the trial period is being created). Once the trial period has been established, the rest of the main screen will appear.

During the 15-day trial period, all courses will be unlocked. Even if you don’t have all of the courses installed, all course “slots” will be unlocked. Therefore, it would be a good idea to install all courses so you can try all of them during the trial period.

If you purchased a full version of NetAthlon 2.0  (that is, you have not purchased an upgrade from NetAthlon 1), your purchase does not include all the available NetAthlon 2.0 courses. You will want to wait until the trial period has just a few days remaining to authorize your copy of NetAthlon 2.0 . That way, you can try all available courses. Once you authorize, only the courses that are included with your purchased will be unlocked.

If you purchased a NetAthlon 2.0  CD, the CD includes a Serial Number. You need this Serial Number to authorize NetAthlon 2.0  so you can use the program beyond the 15-day trial period. If you did not purchase NetAthlon 2.0  (that is, you installed a trial version), you do not have a Serial Number. When you purchase NetAthlon 2.0 , you will be issued a Serial Number.

The cause of many problems is that DirectX is too old. You can go to the  Microsoft website to get the newest version. The setup prgram will not overwrite older files. So, you can safely choose to install DirectX. If you want to be sure you can do the following: Go to windows start. Then click on run. Type ´dgxdiag´. If you did this, a window will popup. Now you can see what version you have.

Go to tab: Registration (screen).
Please send us by email the Site Code (red), then you get from us the Site Key (green). Put this Site Key in the box "Site Key" and then click on "apply Site Key". The program will then confirm your authorization for the track(s). See also.

This could be due to a missing .ocx file that NA was expecting to be on your system.  This .ocx is for the Adobe Flash Player. 
Step 1:
Remove the NA 2 XF for Cycling from your Computer. Re-install NA2 XF for Cycling.
Do NOT run an online update!
Step 2:
Go to the PC which has the black screen problem and navigate to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.  Once Flash is installed, restart your computer and try an XF product again.
Possible Effect:
It is possible that the trial period has ended due to a re-install process. In that case, please send us the site code from the authorization box.
